Hold it right up to the laser emitter in the chair opposite and when it explodes you'll get this Souvenir. Retrieve it and then light the exploding cigar on the table. Behind you, to your right, you will be able to see a small cigarette lighter. This trophy simply involves blowing up one of the lasers before it has a chance to activate.
